This is a senior, hands-on leadership opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and has a proven track record of identifying, attracting, assessing and securing exceptional talent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the entire recruitment process, from strategic sourcing and candidate engagement through to structured assessments, interviews, offers and onboarding coordination.
You will recruit across a diverse range of functions, including ecommerce, marketing, operations, product management, Amazon marketplace operations and senior leadership.
This role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, establish scalable recruitment systems and consistently deliver measurable hiring results.

- Lead recruitment for specialist, managerial and director-level positions.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Manage candidate negotiations, offers and hiring coordination.
Recruitment Strategy & Process Management
- Develop, optimise and document recruitment processes, workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Administer and coordinate structured assessments, personality evaluations, practical assignments and case studies.
- Ensure consistent and objective candidate evaluation throughout the hiring process.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and introduce improvements to increase efficiency and hiring quality.
- Build scalable recruitment processes to support business growth.
- Implement AI-powered recruitment tools and automation to improve sourcing, screening and administration.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Partner directly with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand recruitment priorities.
- Advise stakeholders on talent availability, candidate quality and hiring strategies.
- Manage external recruitment agencies and specialist talent partners.
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability across recruitment partners.
- Provide regular recruitment updates, candidate recommendations and market insights.
Recruitment Analytics & Performance
- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and weekly performance reports.
- Monitor recruitment funnel conversion, applicant quality, interview performance and hiring timelines.
- Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness and candidate experience.
- Use recruitment data to improve decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Represent the business professionally throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a strong employer brand across platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed.
- Deliver an engaging, professional and transparent candidate experience.

- Strong experience recruiting for ecommerce, digital marketing, operations, product and leadership positions.
- Experience recruiting for international businesses, particularly US or UK organisations, is highly advantageous.
- Agency recruitment, RPO or offshore recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience administering structured interviews, recruitment assessments and practical candidate evaluations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver successful placements under tight deadlines.
- Experience managing external recruitment agencies and hiring stakeholders.

A proactive approach, strong accountability, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting exceptional talent with growing businesses are essential.
