Customer Service and Sales Representative – Spanish-Speaking | Remote
Work from home and help the Latino community. We are hiring 10 Spanish-speaking team members for a role combining customer service, client support, and consultative sales.
The position is primarily remote. Depending on your location and the team you join, a hybrid or in-person arrangement may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Answer client questions by phone, email, and messages
- Identify client needs, explain products and services, and help clients make informed purchasing decisions
- Follow up with prospective and current clients
- Record interactions in our CRM and meet service and sales goals
Requirements
- Must reside in the United States
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and provide documentation verifying that authorization
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent Spanish; English is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Computer, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace
