About the Role
We're looking for contributors in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for an AI video data collection project.
You'll record everyday activities at home using a head-mounted camera. Think making coffee, watering plants, cooking, working out, cleaning, or enjoying your hobbies.
No previous experience is needed! We'll provide the camera and recording guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Record natural, first-person videos of your everyday activities at home using a head-mounted camera.
- Capture one activity per clip (10–15 minutes each), with a target of 15–17 hours of footage over 5 working days.
- Follow recording guidelines, upload your videos, and return the camera to our KL office after the project.

- Based in Kuala Lumpur or able to travel to KL easily for camera collection and return.
- 18 years old or above.
- Have a suitable home environment to record independently, without other people or children appearing in the footage.
- Comfortable wearing a head-mounted camera, following instructions, and uploading video files.
- Available for the full 5 working days.
No previous video recording or AI data collection experience is required.
Project Details & Compensation
- Project duration: 1 week (5 working days).
- Starting date: Monday, 9 November 2026.
- Onboarding: 5 or 6 November 2026 (TBC).
- Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Payment rate: USD 5 per hour of approved footage.
- Potential earnings: Up to USD 75–85, depending on approved recording hours.
- Equipment: Camera rental fully covered.
Payment is based on approved footage only. Payment will be processed once your footage is approved and the camera is returned.
Camera Collection & Return
The camera must be collected from and returned to our Kuala Lumpur office. Collection details will be shared with selected contributors.
