Role description: Viseven is looking for a Head of Product to own and drive the success of the entire products and services portfolio, create synergies across solutions, and increase overall portfolio value and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead product portfolio vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and a coherent value proposition.
  • Decide portfolio composition (invest/grow/maintain/change/sunset) to maximize market opportunity and business impact, ensuring products synergy and competitive advantage.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competition, customer needs, stakeholder insights and synthesize it into product decisions and choices.
  • Identify and validate new product and business opportunities, including building business cases and managing new products before they are transferred to separate business lines.
  • Oversee product lifecycle (development, launch, evolution), balancing innovation and improvement.
  • Monitor and manage product performance (revenue, profitability, adoption, retention) and optimize accordingly.
  • Set cross-product priorities and allocate resources based on impact, ROI, and strategic fit, including the balance between building core and customer desired functionality.
  • Build and lead the product management function, including capabilities, standards, and best practices organization-wide, owning and building company-wide expertise related to products knowledge and product application.
  • Align and active cooperate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive go-to-market, customer acquisition and retention, adoption, and overall portfolio growth. 

Hard skills required:

  • 5+ years in product management with leadership of multi-product SaaS portfolios; MarTech/Pharma or regulated domain experience preferred.
  • Proven ownership of portfolio strategy and P&L, including product launches and scaling in international markets.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills: portfolio decisions (invest/grow/sunset), business cases, pricing, ROI, SaaS metrics.
  • Deep product management expertise (discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, experimentation) across full product lifecycle. 
  • Experience balancing innovation vs. optimization and core vs. customer-driven development.
  • Ability to build and scale product organizations, define standards, and develop product managers.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment in a multinational environment.
  • Clear communication and data-driven, customer-centric, outcome-oriented mindset.
