Key Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consulting Manager – Financials with deep functional expertise in NetSuite Financial Management, Multi-Entity/OneWorld, and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM). The ideal candidate will lead complex client engagements, drive financial transformation initiatives, and deliver scalable NetSuite ERP solutions for enterprise organizations with multi-entity and global operations.

This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong functional consulting expertise, project delivery experience, and the ability to mentor consulting teams while supporting pre-sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end NetSuite Financials implementations for enterprise clients.
Conduct discovery workshops to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
Configure and implement NetSuite Financial modules, including:

General Ledger (GL)
Chart of Accounts Design
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Cash Management
Fixed Assets
Financial Reporting
Multi-Book Accounting
Multi-Entity/OneWorld
Intercompany Transactions & Eliminations
Currency Management & Consolidation
Financial Close & Period-End Processes
Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
Lead functional design sessions and recommend best-practice financial processes.
Manage client relationships and serve as the trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide onshore and offshore consulting teams during implementation and support engagements.
Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, and reporting requirements.
Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, proposal development, and solution architecture.
Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Required Qualification

8+ years of experience in NetSuite Functional Consulting with strong expertise in Financials.
Hands-on experience implementing NetSuite Financial Management for enterprise clients.
Strong knowledge of:
