We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Payroll Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the business.
The successful candidate will support a range of payroll and employee administration processes, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and handled confidentially. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, takes ownership of their work, and is open to taking on additional responsibilities as the team continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
- Manage and track employee reimbursements and ensure supporting information is accurate.
- Maintain and update employee PTO and leave balances.
- Assist with the administration of employee health insurance benefits.
- Support the administration of 401(k) contributions and related information.
- Process and maintain payroll deductions accurately.
- Review payroll-related information for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organised employee and payroll records.
- Communicate professionally with employees regarding payroll, benefits, reimbursements, and related queries.
- Handle sensitive employee and financial information with a high level of confidentiality.
- Assist with additional administrative and operational responsibilities as required.
- Take on new tasks and responsibilities as the team and role continue to grow.
