The listing
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their team for the project of Mercedes. In this role, you will support customers with inquiries related to vehicles, mobility services, warranties, repairs and assistance programs. You will play an important role in ensuring drivers and vehicle owners receive timely, accurate, and customer-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in Dutch.
- Provide information about vehicles, service appointments, warranties and mobility assistance.
- Support customers with roadside assistance requests and coordinate with service partners where needed.
- Assist with account-related questions and escalate complex technical cases when required.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Deliver clear, empathetic, and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with brand policies, new models and service offerings.
Requirements
- Native-level Dutch and strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer support, automotive services, or mobility assistance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in urgent or stressful situations (e.g., roadside support).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
