As a Change and Process Engineer Jr at ALTEN Mexico, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and delivering information for the diferent parts of future model vehicle programs of the customer. Furthermore, you will be coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective communication between teams.
- Change Coordination Process:
- Implement Global Change Coordination process via corporately mandated change coordination tools.
- Support change coordination meetings and process.
- Enforce change coordination process.
- Hold business owners accountable for delivering their inputs/deliverables/approvals.
- Alert about late tasks to business owners with due dates.
- Timing/Scheduling:
- Facilitate (and document) change timing agreement between suppliers, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Program coordination.
- Own timing of change control steps, inputs, and approvals in line with agreed program/change timing.
- Schedule all change coordination tasks to achieve overall change approval/release timing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in project and changes management
- Knowledge of the automotive sector is a good plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Knowledge of project coordination methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
