Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on zoning laws, regulations, and restrictions
- Interpret zoning maps, codes, and ordinances
- Prepare and submit zoning applications and documents
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local municipalities
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
- Open to feedback and professional development
- Maintaining a flexible work schedule
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in zoning industry
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive understanding of zoning ordinances and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and virtually
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, GIS or similar software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter and independent time management skills
