Today, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support sustainability-focused initiatives across multiple entities within a complex, international environment. The role combines program delivery, data governance, and stakeholder alignment, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and ESG performance.
YOU WILL
- Lead and deliver sustainability projects across multiple entities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage end-to-end sustainability data reporting processes, including preparation and submission to external authorities
- Define, track, and deliver KPIs and value plans (e.g., operational value plans and performance targets)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, with a strong focus on regulatory and compliance exposure
- Conduct assessments and support the development of sustainability strategies (e.g., water, energy, CO₂ reduction), including defining execution roadmaps and glide paths
- Drive integration initiatives, aligning different entities with common processes and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sustainability, Operations, and other key business functions
- Build alignment among stakeholders, including senior leadership, particularly in complex or ambiguous environments
- Ensure adherence to sustainability standards, compliance frameworks, and responsible sourcing principles
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of sustainability processes and reporting practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in Project or Program Management within complex, multi-entity environments
- Demonstrated background in sustainability, ESG, or regulatory-driven initiatives (e.g., CO₂, water, energy management, ESG reporting)
- Strong understanding of sustainability compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO standards, regulatory requirements, responsible sourcing)
- Experience managing data-driven processes, including reporting to external regulatory bodies
- Solid risk management capabilities, particularly in compliance-heavy environments
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional and senior stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments
- Experience in integration or transformation projects is a strong advantage
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is required
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
