About the Client

An AI carbon intelligence platform serving the electronics and semiconductor supply chain is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build its first demand generation engine from zero.

The platform gives manufacturers component-level visibility into the carbon footprint of a finished product — work that has historically required outside consultants charging six figures per assembly and taking six to eighteen months. The company is seed-stage, roughly 14 people, flat, and fully remote, and already works with some of the largest technology and semiconductor companies in the world. Regulation such as the EU Digital Product Passport is pushing demand toward the category.

About the Role

You own demand generation end to end: choosing the channels, designing the tests, building the systems that run them, and reporting on what actually converts. Cold email, LinkedIn outreach, paid, events, and thought leadership are all in scope and none are mandated. This is an individual contributor role on a team with no managers and no existing playbook. Success is measured on one number — pipeline you generate that the team closes.

Core Responsibilities

Multi-Channel Pipeline Generation

  • Design and run structured experiments across cold email, LinkedIn outreach, paid, events, and thought leadership.
  • Define the hypothesis and the kill threshold for every test before launch, and shut down what does not convert.
  • Scan for buying signals and convert them into targeted outreach plays.
  • Own pipeline volume as the primary output of all channel activity.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline from first touch through to close.
  • Report against closed pipeline as the headline metric.
  • Analyse conversion rates by channel, not just volume, and recommend where to reallocate spend and effort.
  • Maintain a current generation-to-close conversion figure for your own work.

AI-Native GTM Automation

  • Automate outreach, enrichment, testing, and reporting workflows using AI tooling.
  • Operate and extend the existing GTM stack, building reusable systems rather than one-off campaigns.
  • Audit current tooling and recommend what to add, replace, or drop.

GTM Strategy & Enablement

  • Recommend channel priorities and sequencing, supported by test evidence.
  • Feed ICP and buyer-persona learnings from live testing back into strategy.
  • Document plays and share working methods with the wider team.
  • Partner daily with the founding go-to-market lead, who closes generated pipeline.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • End-to-end ownership of campaigns in at least three of: cold email, LinkedIn outreach, paid media, events, thought leadership
  • Ability to state your generation-to-close conversion percentage from a recent role and explain how it was tracked
  • Hands-on GTM execution within the last 6–12 months — building sequences, campaigns, and workflows directly, not in a management-only capacity
  • Daily use of AI tooling to automate GTM work (enrichment, outreach, testing, reporting), with at least one workflow you can demonstrate
  • Hands-on experience with outbound and GTM data tooling such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, HeyReach, or Clay
  • Built and maintained pipeline dashboards or attribution tracking covering first touch through close
  • English at C1+ CEFR level

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to climate tech, carbon accounting, life cycle assessment, or the electronics and semiconductor supply chain
  • First or founding commercial hire at an early-stage B2B SaaS company
  • Workflow automation experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make connected to GTM systems
  • Public GTM work — teardowns, automation builds, newsletters, or community contributions
  • Experience selling into enterprise or technical buyers in a niche B2B market

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Based on experience and skills
  • Remote Work: Fully remote—work from anywhere
  • Team Incentives: Recognition for maintaining 100% CRM hygiene and on-time reporting
  • Generous PTO: In accordance with company policy
  • Health Coverage for PH-based talents: HMO coverage after 3 months for full-time employees
  • Direct Mentorship: Guidance from international industry experts
  • Learning & Development: Ongoing access to resources for professional growth
  • Global Networking: Connect with professionals worldwide
