The listing
Own and maintain the end-to-end migration strategy and CV.010 Data Migration Pack.
• Start data profiling from mobilisation and establish migration-object inventory, source systems, data owners, templates, history requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Define and obtain approval for source-to-target mappings, transformation/defaulting rules, load methods, sequencing and reconciliation controls.
• Plan and run the migration method through discovery/profiling, mapping/cleansing, trial cycles, business validation/reconciliation, production migration and final sign-off.
• Coordinate sample data for early solution validation and CRP activities.
• Plan and execute mock/full-list migration cycles before final UAT and cutover; refine scripts/mappings based on evidence.
• Coordinate migration defects, rejected records, controlled re-runs and cross-module data dependencies.
• Ensure stable target configuration and master-data ownership decisions exist before dependent loads are baselined.
• Define final extraction freeze, production migration sequence, validation checkpoints and business approval process.
• Produce reconciliation reports and evidence across object counts, financial/control values and exceptions.
• Coordinate production-data masking in lower environments with the Security/OCI lead.
• Support migration-related data defects and reconciliation during hypercare and complete final handover documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion data migration experience on complex implementations or transformations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion migration mechanisms such as FBDI, HDL, BICC or equivalent supported Oracle load/extract approaches.
- Proven experience in data discovery/profiling, migration-object inventory, source-to-target mapping, transformation rules and load specifications.
- Experience governing cleansing ownership: business/source owners validate and correct data; the migration team controls templates, rules, defects and evidence.
- Experience planning and executing sample, mock/full-list and production migration cycles, including controlled re-runs.
- Strong reconciliation capability using object counts, transaction/value totals, exception lists, rejected-record analysis and formal business approval.
- Cutover planning experience covering extraction freeze, load sequencing, dependencies, migration windows, validation, rollback/re-run decisions and sign-off.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple Fusion functional workstreams, integration, security and business data owners.
- Experience protecting production data in non-production environments through masking or equivalent controls in coordination with Security.
- Working familiarity with controlled project documentation, especially a CV.010-style Data Migration Pack and migration test/UAT evidence.
