• Own functional design and delivery for Oracle Maintenance, operational assets, Facilities, Job Orders and GIS/Spatial processes within approved architecture.
• Define asset/work-order/preventive-maintenance/service-history/vendor/planning processes and controls.
• Define specialized job-order/service workflows, statuses, approvals, evidence and closure conditions.
• Lead fit-gap and product-boundary decisions for Facilities between Oracle Maintenance/APEX baseline and Unifier FAM/specialist solutions.
• Define GIS/Spatial requirements for asset visualization, location search, overlays, spatial analytics and location-based operational processes.
• Coordinate authoritative asset/master-data ownership and avoid duplication between facilities, IT Asset and retained operational systems.
• Own module configuration baseline and functional design for approved gaps/workflows.
• Define asset/facilities migration requirements in coordination with Data Migration Lead.
• Own domain reports, KPIs, dashboards and acceptance criteria.
• Lead domain SIT/E2E/UAT, defect resolution and business acceptance.
• Prepare operational user/training inputs and support release readiness/go-live.
• Validate segregation between request, approve, execute, close and asset-administration responsibilities with Security Lead.
Requirements
• 8+ years of Oracle Maintenance / Assets / Service and facilities-process experience.
• Strong operational asset-management knowledge: asset lifecycle, hierarchy/attributes, maintenance plans and service history.
• Deep work-order and preventive-maintenance experience, including request, planning, assignment, execution, closure and SLA/status controls.
• Experience with job-order/service workflows, vendor/service-provider participation and operational approvals.
• Working understanding of facilities-management processes and where Oracle Maintenance may require APEX or a specialist platform for advanced facilities needs.
• Ability to support product-boundary decisions between Oracle Maintenance/APEX and Primavera Unifier FAM/specialist facilities solutions.
• GIS/Spatial functional experience covering asset visualization, location search, overlays, spatial analytics and location-driven operational reporting.
• Integration awareness for retained asset/permit or operational systems, calendars/room systems, ITAM/workplace products and analytics feeds.
• Strong reporting/KPI skills for work-order backlog, SLA/status, preventive maintenance, asset availability/lifecycle, facilities services and GIS dashboards.
• End-to-end testing/UAT ownership and operational training/acceptance experience.
• Ability to own configuration baseline and functional design for approved gaps/workflows, and contribute migration requirements for asset/facilities masters.
