Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + comprehensive benefits
Position Overview
This role is for an Oregon-licensed LMFT working with individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with relationship strain, communication issues, family conflict, and significant life changes. The therapist will help clients understand the patterns affecting their relationships, work through difficult situations, and make practical changes that support healthier interactions at home and in everyday life.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Address concerns related to communication, conflict, parenting, and family dynamics
- Complete initial evaluations and gather relevant clinical history
- Establish treatment goals based on the issues discussed in therapy
- Maintain clear and confidential clinical records
- Participate in case consultation and professional development
- Stay current with changes in marriage and family therapy practice
- Follow Oregon licensing, ethical, and confidentiality requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon.
- Prior experience in therapy and creating treatment plans.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in virtual therapy settings.
- Proficiency with online therapy platforms.
