Position Overview
We are currently interviewing Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors in New Mexico for a full-time remote position. The LPCC will provide counseling to clients with a range of behavioral and emotional health concerns while managing an established caseload during regular weekday hours. The position includes administrative support and access to clinical consultation, allowing the counselor to remain focused on client care and case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counseling sessions through telehealth
- Complete intake evaluations and review relevant clinical history
- Determine treatment priorities based on client concerns
- Apply appropriate therapeutic methods throughout care
- Maintain accurate progress notes and required clinical records
- Review changes in client needs and respond as appropriate
- Follow New Mexico LPCC licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling (LPCC).
- Active LPCC license in New Mexico.
- At least two years of experience in this field.
- Effective communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
