Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Setting: Fully Remote / Telehealth
Position Overview
We are hiring independently licensed mental health professionals in West Virginia for a full-time telehealth position. The therapist will manage an assigned caseload, complete clinical evaluations, provide ongoing therapy, and maintain responsibility for documentation and follow-up throughout the course of care. The role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with other providers when additional support or coordination is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and review relevant clinical history
- Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth sessions
- Establish treatment priorities based on clinical findings and client needs
- Review client status and make appropriate updates to treatment
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
- Refer clients for additional services or a higher level of care when appropriate
- Follow applicable West Virginia licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements
Requirements
- Licensed as a LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in West Virginia
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
- Experience in community, telehealth, or outpatient behavioral settings
- Technically proficient and able to use EHR platforms effectively
- Organized, responsive, and clinically focused
