Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
Location: MA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
This full-time role is open to licensed therapists providing care to clients across Massachusetts through telehealth. You will manage a regular caseload, conduct clinical interviews, provide ongoing therapy, and maintain the documentation required for each case. The position also includes clinical consultation and training, along with responsibility for recognizing and responding appropriately to safety concerns that may arise during treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new-client intakes and scheduled therapy appointments by video
- Review clinical history, current concerns, and relevant diagnostic information
- Establish treatment goals with clients and revisit them as care continues
- Maintain complete and accurate records in the EMR
- Document diagnoses, session details, and significant clinical changes
- Participate in case consultation and required clinical training
- Follow established procedures for risk assessment, reporting, and escalation
- Maintain professional, ethical, and Massachusetts licensing standards
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts license: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Master’s/Doctoral degree from an accredited program
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Experience providing therapy preferred
