About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing creative studio building an always-on editorial team. They produce short-form social content and vertical episodic drama at volume for top-tier clients, including a premium apparel brand and an entertainment platform aiming to become the "Netflix of gaming." Operating with a philosophy of "thoughtful output," our client balances high-volume production with a deep care for every single piece of content created.

About the Role

We are seeking a commercially minded Performance & Brand Video Editor (Paid & Organic) to join a specialized offshore production pod. Reporting directly to the Directors of Editorial, this role focuses on high-volume organic brand social and performance-driven paid creative (Meta and TikTok) for premium lifestyle and platform accounts. Working strictly to brand guidelines and performance briefs, this editor bridges the gap between polished aesthetic standards and conversion-driven ad mechanics.

Responsibilities

  • Edit organic short-form social content at volume across multiple brand channels (retail, creator, ambassador, event, and paid activations).

  • Cut, iterate, and stage paid ad concepts for Meta and TikTok, executing hook variations, ratio adjustments, and messaging tweaks.

  • Design and format static assets, carousels, and GIFs to strict brand guidelines and template specs using Figma or Photoshop.

  • Work directly against commercial ad briefs, brand books, and strict client approval workflows.

  • Maintain file taxonomy, tagging, organized folder structures, and clear delivery notes for every asset.

  • Flexibly cover narrative gaming and hype editor duties during high-volume account pushes.

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Brand Pedigree: Proven experience working on established brands with formal brand guidelines, strict approval processes, and high visual standards.

  • Performance Creative Fluency: Understanding of paid social ad mechanics—why one cut converts over another, how to test hooks, and how to stage variants efficiently.

  • Multi-Format Execution: Ability to deliver video, static carousels, and GIFs, not just pure video editing.

  • Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, as well as Figma or Adobe Photoshop for static asset production.

  • Language & Communication: Strong written English for professional communication and precise execution of brand briefs.

  • Hardware Setup: Must own a machine capable of 4K multicam editing (Apple Silicon M2+ or PC with dedicated GPU and 16GB+ RAM), dual displays (at least one 1440p), fiber internet (25Mbps+ upload) with a backup line, a UPS, and professional mixing headphones/monitors.

Nice-to-Have

  • Motion design in After Effects for polished lower thirds, brand overlays, and graphic transitions.

  • Color grading capability (LUT management and shot matching across sequences).

  • AI-assisted workflow experience (transcription, automated formatting, upscaling).

  • Background in e-commerce, lifestyle apparel, SaaS, or MarTech agency accounts.

Key Qualities

  • Process-Disciplined: Understands that at high volume (hundreds of assets per month), strict taxonomy and file management is essential craft.

  • Commercial Mindset: Balances visual elegance with conversion objectives, recognizing that paid creative has a specific job to perform.

  • Self-Starter: Independently executes against the delivery queue without needing hand-held direction.

  • Low Drama, High Output: Professional, organized, ego-free, and comfortable staging work for creative directors to finalize.

What We Offer

  • 100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere in the Philippines.

  • Career Growth Opportunities – Gain hands-on experience, and continuous learning.

  • Collaborative & Innovative Team – Work alongside skilled professionals who value excellence.
