We are looking for a hands-on Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to own and scale the affiliate growth program end to end. The role will focus on partner recruitment, onboarding, activation, performance optimization, commercial management, quality control, and revenue growth across a diverse global network of affiliate partners.

You will manage relationships across product reviewers, comparison websites, content creators, cashback platforms, publishers, and verified online communities. The role requires strong analytical thinking and commercial judgment to improve CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion quality, and partner ROI.

As a senior individual contributor, you will have direct ownership of partner relationships, program operations, performance growth, and continuous optimization. You will work closely with Creative, Product, Brand, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to strengthen the affiliate ecosystem, improve tracking and attribution, maintain compliance, and ensure sustainable revenue quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies focused on partner recruitment, activation, retention, and revenue growth across global markets.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop strategic affiliate partners while negotiating contracts, commission structures, incentives, and commercial terms.
  • Manage affiliate relationships end to end, including tracking codes, promotional offers, payment reconciliation, partner support, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Analyze affiliate performance across cohorts, geographies, partner categories, and individual partners to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Monitor key metrics including revenue, conversion quality, CAC, LTV, ROAS, partner ROI, and fraud indicators, translating insights into actionable optimization strategies.
  • Manage commission expenditure within approved budgets and recommend budget reallocations based on partner performance, growth potential, and ROI.
  • Design and execute structured tests across commission tiers, partner incentives, promotional offers, audience segments, and campaign mechanics to improve conversion and partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with Creative teams to develop compelling promotional content, marketing materials, and affiliate assets that support partner activation and campaign execution.
  • Partner with Product, Brand, Data, and Engineering teams to improve tracking, attribution, measurement accuracy, and fraud detection capabilities.
  • Work closely with Finance and Legal teams to support payment processes, commercial agreements, compliance, and revenue-quality requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and provide ongoing guidance, performance insights, and support to improve engagement and retention.
  • Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, competitive developments, emerging technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Present performance findings, business insights, and optimization recommendations through dashboards, written reports, and structured presentations to internal stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within a B2C subscription, consumer technology, SaaS, or digital business.
  • Proven experience recruiting, onboarding, activating, and scaling affiliate partner networks across international markets.
  • Strong track record of managing partner performance and making data-driven recommendations around commissions, incentives, budgets, acquisition, revenue, and ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and networks such as Impact, PartnerStack, or comparable affiliate management platforms.
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate partner performance, identify high-potential segments, diagnose changes in results, and prioritize optimization opportunities.
  • Good understanding of attribution, fraud detection, quality control, and affiliate measurement methodologies.
  • Experience using performance data to influence partner recruitment, incentive structures, campaign strategy, and program decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex performance findings and recommendations clearly through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with remote, cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Brand, Data, Finance, Engineering, Creative, and Legal.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple partner relationships, priorities, and commercial discussions with a high degree of ownership.
  • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing structured experiments to optimize partner incentives, offers, audience segments, and conversion mechanics.
