About the Role
We're looking for a LinkedIn executive content writer to run our executive content program for two brands: Darkroom, our growth marketing agency, and Shadow, our AI commerce platform. Ad Age recently described us as "if Omnicom was rebuilt on AI." Our buyers, founders and operators, spend their professional attention on LinkedIn, and our executives reach more of them than any company page.
You make our executives sound like themselves, consistently, every week. You interview them, write for them, plan what each of them posts, and edit until it reads like a person, not a brand. Team members who want to post get your help too.
This is a remote role, hiring in Brazil, Portugal or Spain only, working with a team in the EST Time Zone, and all business is conducted 100% in English.
What you'll own
The Executive Content Program: Run it day to day across our executive team, so every account has a clear voice, a plan and a steady rhythm.
Voice Interviews: Recorded interviews with executives that become posts close to their own words.
Context Files: A living file for every executive: voice, expertise, stories and the lines they won't cross, built from calls, talks and interviews.
Ghostwriting: Ideas, drafts, edits and approvals for executive posts, end to end.
The Executive Calendar: One calendar across all executive accounts. You decide who posts for each launch and keep topics from colliding.
Launch Days: Coordinate executive posts around launches, webinars and events so the accounts reinforce each other.
Formats: Text posts, carousels, short video clip scripts, and posts repurposed from talks and appearances.
Editing: Every draft gets a human edit. Marketing speak comes out; the person's voice stays in.
Reading What Works: Track which topics, formats and voices reach our buyers, and feed it back into the calendar.
You should apply if this sounds like you
You have ghostwritten for founders or executives on LinkedIn, and the posts sounded like them. Send links.
You understand B2B buyers making considered decisions.
You know commerce and growth well enough to write about DTC, performance marketing, retention and AI tooling without a briefing.
You can interview a busy executive for 20 minutes and leave with a week of posts, in several distinct voices.
You are a sharp editor who cuts marketing speak and keeps a person's voice.
You know LinkedIn formats and distribution: hooks, carousels, native video, comments.
You already work with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar daily for research and ideas, and you know where AI stops and editing starts.
Hard disqualifiers
No ghostwriting samples for executives or founders.
Copy that reads like marketing, not like a person.
