The listing
Our client in the UK is looking for a resilient, consultative and target-driven Database Reactivation Specialist to join their team, helping reconnect with prospective patients who previously expressed interest in treatment but never booked a consultation.
You’ll work through a database of over 100,000 past enquiries, making a high volume of outbound calls to re-engage potential patients, understand their needs and help them take the next step towards treatment. You’ll work across two brands, identifying opportunities to refer patients between the two where appropriate.
This role requires someone who can build trust, handle sensitive objections around cost and treatment concerns, and confidently guide prospective patients towards a decision without being pushy. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own follow-up process while working towards clear sales targets in a high-value, consultative sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to past enquiries, re-engaging prospective patients who expressed interest but never booked a consultation.
- Build rapport with prospective patients, understand their concerns and guide them towards booking a consultation through a consultative, empathetic sales approach.
- Identify opportunities to cross-refer suitable patients, helping prospective patients explore relevant treatment options.
- Manage follow-ups across calls, WhatsApp, SMS and email, maintain accurate CRM records and work independently towards sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in high-volume outbound or reactivation sales involving high-value consumer products or services, such as healthcare, aesthetics, finance, solar or education.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a dialler-based environment, with measurable results to demonstrate performance.
- Consultative and empathetic communication style, with the ability to handle objections around cost, concerns and treatment-related fears sensitively without being pushy.
- Strong CRM skills, ideally with HubSpot, and experience managing multi-channel follow-ups across calls, WhatsApp, SMS and email.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision, with the ability to structure follow-up activities, manage a large database and maintain a consistent sales cadence.
