The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. This role leads a small number of large client engagements from first discovery through deployment and expansion, acting as the primary executive contact. It suits a senior strategist with real estate industry depth who can translate business needs for technical colleagues and guide conversations with senior leaders. Much of the work involves growing accounts and setting clear expectations.
What you'll do
- Serve as the main executive contact for two or three large client accounts, from first discovery through rollout and expansion.
- Lead the early discovery phase, including stakeholder interviews, process review, current-state assessment and ranking of use cases.
- Act as the bridge between business leaders without a technical background and the engineering team, converting their goals into precise requirements to build against.
- Lead executive meetings and prepare polished deliverables that set expectations with senior leadership.
- Manage builds through live deployment and adoption, tracking results against agreed success measures.
- Identify further use cases, build account growth plans and help define the delivery playbooks.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least six years advising executives on strategy, whether from a management consultancy, a private equity firm or a comparable advisory post.
- Prior work as a manager on consulting engagements, investment experience at a private equity firm, or leadership of AI strategy inside an organization.
- Deep commercial real estate experience, gained at a real estate firm or by serving real estate clients directly.
- Confidence managing CEOs and C-suite teams at large real estate organizations.
- Composure in unpredictable, high-pressure client scenarios, including turning down requests and recalibrating what is possible.
- A history of expanding client relationships well past the original project.
- Comfort leading working sessions and dealing face to face with chief executives and other top leaders.
- Ability to travel frequently for client engagements, around 40 to 50% of the time.
Bonus points
- Background driving or buying artificial intelligence programs within a property-sector organization.
- Experience at a high-growth startup.
