Role Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to support ongoing design needs across digital marketing, brand assets, and visual content. This role is fully remote and requires close collaboration with US-based stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and the ability to reliably work remotely with excellent internet connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality visual assets for digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives
Create and adapt designs for landing pages, marketing funnels, and web-based experiences
Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to translate briefs into effective visual solutions
Use AI-assisted design tools to improve speed, ideation, and creative output where appropriate
Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
Prepare design files for handoff, production, and iteration
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines within PT working hours
Required Qualifications
Mid-level experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, relevant portfolio (portfolio submission is required and mandatory for consideration)
Proven experience working remotely in a professional setting; candidates must be fluent with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar) and have prior experience working with US or UK-based companies
Strong proficiency in core design tools including Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
Reliable, high-speed internet connection suitable for daily video calls, file transfers, and cloud-based work
Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and digital design best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing paid ads across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or similar
Landing page design experience with a focus on conversion and user experience
Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and performance-driven design
Experience supporting fast-paced or growth-focused teams
Tools & Technology
Design: Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Collaboration & Workflow: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar)
