Responsibilities
- Source and screen resumes of potential candidates who specialize in a variety of native languages.
- Use different recruiting methods, such as social media, job boards, and referral programs to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Communicate regularly with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and candidate requirements.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements

- Minimum of 1-3years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on native languages such as Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai and Indonesian.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
