- Shortlisting qualified candidates: Identify top talent and pass on only the best candidates to hiring teams.
- Communication and reporting: Maintain clear communication with recruitment teams and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, with the ability to screen for various roles.
- Familiarity with CV vetting processes, particularly for engineering and technical positions.
- Experience of 2+ years in recruitment and candidate screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications.
