The listing
Our client in the UK is looking for a Recruitment & Compliance Administrator to own the end-to-end carer recruitment process, from initial application through to onboarding. Take full ownership of candidate screening and recruitment administration, reducing the workload on the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact Indeed applicants on the same day they apply and conduct initial screening calls.
- Re-engage historical candidates from Breezy and cold-call previously interested carers.
- Collect, verify and chase references and compliance documentation.
- Schedule candidate training and coordinate onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in SharePoint.
- Track recruitment progress and help reduce interview no-shows.
- Work towards a target of at least 4 carers onboarded per month.
Requirements
- Two years or more in recruitment, resourcing or candidate management, ideally high volume rather than executive search
- Social care, domiciliary care, healthcare or nursing recruitment experience is a strong preference.
- Demonstrably comfortable with heavy outbound calling.
- Warm, bright and persuasive on the phone.
- Resilient with difficult, disengaged or unresponsive applicants without losing warmth.
- Strong attention to detail on compliance documentation. References, right to work, training records and audit trails
- Proactive and self managing.
- Experience with any ATS transfers well. Breezy specifically is a nice to have, not a must.
- Neutral, clear English on the phone.
