Description
We are hiring a Dayforce Implementation Project Manager to support a full HRIS transition from Insperity to Dayforce for a U.S.-based company with approximately 1,100 employees.
This is a specialized role for someone who has already led a Dayforce implementation end to end. The company needs a dedicated expert who can help lead the implementation across planning, coordination, execution, and post-launch stabilization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Dayforce implementation from planning through go-live and post-launch support
- Manage the project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and timeline
- Act as the internal Dayforce subject matter expert and guide stakeholders on best practices and implementation decisions
- Coordinate across HR, payroll, IT, operations, and the Dayforce implementation team
- Ensure the right internal stakeholders are engaged at the right stages of the project
- Support testing, issue tracking, launch readiness, and early stabilization after go-live
Requirements
- Proven experience leading at least one full Dayforce implementation or migration from start to finish
- Strong project management experience in HRIS, payroll, or enterprise system implementations
- Ability to provide hands-on guidance and recommendations throughout the rollout
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across HR, IT, operations, payroll, and vendors
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, aligned with Eastern Time business hours
