About the Company
Our client is an AI-native B2B fintech company modernizing the mortgage loan process. Its platform uses intelligent document management, workflow automation and configurable business rules to help lenders operate more efficiently. Founded in 2020, the company has roughly 80 employees, has raised $44M and powers more than $85 billion in home loans. The team is remote-first across the United States and is more than doubling its engineering organization this year.
About the Role
Own a product area end to end, embedded with a strong engineering team and in constant contact with customers. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with real decision rights, not a backlog management job, in a market worth roughly $2 trillion.
What You Will Do
Own a product pod from customer discovery with lenders and operations teams through roadmap, delivery and post-launch iteration.
Bridge engineering, design and the business, turning customer needs into clear specs and architecture decisions.
Prototype and validate ideas with AI coding tools so engineers get concrete starting points.
Define success metrics for every initiative and keep iterating until outcomes are achieved.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success on positioning and deal cycles for your product area.

Experience in a regulated industry such as mortgage, lending, insurtech or healthcare.
A software engineering or forward-deployed engineering background.
Working knowledge of LLM concepts and experience shipping AI-powered features.
