- Support discovery conversations by asking relevant industry-specific questions and helping qualify client needs.
- Advise Xenon7 internally on industry context, client pain points, and solution positioning.
Requirements

- Familiarity with oil and gas data environments, such as OSIsoft PI, SCADA systems, AVEVA, SAP PM, Maximo, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI, automation, machine learning, or AI agents applied to asset management, inspection workflows or operational analytics
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and confidence speaking with senior client stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a flexible, occasional advisory capacity.
- Advanced English level.
Nice to Have

- Background in digital transformation programs at companies such as Shell, BP, ExxonMobil, Chevron, TotalEnergies, Saudi Aramco, SLB, Baker Hughes, Halliburton, Wood, Worley, Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, or similar.
Benefits
- Flexible, occasional part-time engagement, estimated around 4 hours per week as needed.
- High-impact advisory role focused on real oil and gas digital transformation opportunities.
- Remote collaboration.
- Opportunity to work at the intersection of oil and gas, AI agents, automation, and industrial innovation.
