The listing
We're hiring a Recruitment Coordinator for Pearl, which places top 1% talent from around the world into operational roles at startups. We've bootstrapped our company to a couple of million in revenue and are adding six to seven figures in net new annualized revenue each month. Our clients are fast-growing startups and phenomenal US-based businesses that have raised over $3B in funding from Sequoia, a16z, Founders Fund, Y Combinator, and other top VC firms.
I'm a 3x founder and most recently was investing into deep tech companies as COO of a fund in SF: https://www.linkedin.com/in/montyngan/. I grew up in the Philippines myself, which is why I care so much about giving international talent opportunities to work at the best companies in the world.
At Pearl, we know that although opportunities aren't created equal in the world, ambitious talent is. And it's our mission to give hires from around the world who are sharp and hungry the opportunity to earn far more than they would in their home countries while learning from the best founders.
This is a completely WFH opportunity. We'll need someone who can work Eastern Time hours.

Role Overview
Pearl Talent places exceptional operators from the Philippines and Latin America into roles at growing companies across the US and Europe. We run a lean, fast-moving TA team, and our recruiters and sourcers are focused on one thing: finding great talent. That only works if the operational layer underneath it is airtight.
That's where this role comes in. As Recruitment Coordinator, you're the connective tissue for the TA team. You keep our boards accurate, our data clean, our follow-ups closed, and our process documented, so recruiters can spend their time recruiting instead of chasing logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Keep Projects and Tasks on Schedule
- Track action items across the TA team, own follow-ups, and surface what's slipping before it becomes a problem.
- Keep our project boards in Notion and other tools accurate and current.
- When something needs a nudge, you're the one who nudges.
Chase Information and Data
- Partner with cross-functional teams like Data, CS, and Sales to gather updates and context.
- Turn scattered inputs into clear, usable answers.
- Know where information lives, and go get it.
Keep Our Data Clean
- Maintain hygiene in Workable and our reporting workbooks.
- Catch inconsistencies before they turn into bad reporting.
- Help ensure what we report reflects what's actually happening.
Document How We Work
- Build and maintain clear SOPs and process docs.
- Replace tribal knowledge with repeatable systems the team can run on.
Collaborate Across the Team
- Work closely with recruiters, sourcers, and our data and ops partners.
- Keep everyone aligned and unblocked.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Experience working at a fast-paced startup.
- 1+ years in a coordination, operations, or project management role.
- Recruiting or TA experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters more is a track record of owning follow-through in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment (agency ops, EA/chief-of-staff work, program coordination, client ops).
- High attention to detail with the ability to communicate the big picture to stakeholders.
- Proactive and autonomous.
Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Based on experience and skills
- Remote Work: Fully remote—work from anywhere
- Team Incentives: Recognition for maintaining 100% CRM hygiene and on-time reporting
- Generous PTO: In accordance with company policy
- Health Coverage for PH-based talents: HMO coverage after 3 months for full-time employees
- Direct Mentorship: Guidance from international industry experts
- Learning & Development: Ongoing access to resources for professional growth
- Global Networking: Connect with professionals worldwide
