About Magic
Role Overview
That's not the same job as "manager." You don't stack direct reports – you own the full account: the client relationship and the people serving it. Part account lead, part coach, zero script to follow. Your EAs don't report to you out of obligation – they follow your lead because you've earned their trust, and that's the only authority that holds up at 2am on a client call.
Accounts that perform, stay. Accounts that stay, grow Magic.
Shift: training runs overnight (Week 1: Monday–Thursday 8:30 PM–5:30 AM PHT, Friday MEA team orientation; Weeks 2–3: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM PHT), Monday–Friday, with your eventual production shift landing between 6 PM–3 AM, 12 AM–9 AM, or 4 AM–1 PM PHT. Training is strict: zero absences (documented medical emergencies only), max 2 tardies, 70% minimum score with one retake per failed module.

- Hold client success accountability – daily video calls with international clients (US, Australia), workflow improvements, and clean team transitions
- Watch performance data across HubSpot, Slack, Discord, Cloudtalk, ChatGPT, Workspace, and Penthouse
- Pass along billing questions to the billing team – flag and route, don't calculate
- File a daily report via the Account Lead Pulse (ALP)
Qualifications & Technical Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on VA or EA work with international clients (US/AU preferred)
- 1+ years in client success, B2B relationship management, or account coordination
- Comfortable moving across 6+ platforms a day, and keen to add more
- Professional written and verbal English
- A history of completing demanding programs: bootcamps, certifications, structured training
- Can commit fully to Magic through training and production – no outside VA/EA clients
Why You'll Be a Great Fit
This role isn't for you if you're still freelancing as a VA/EA and plan to keep those clients, if you need every instruction spelled out before acting, if you'd rather be told exactly what to enforce than lead through influence, or if a wedding, move, or big trip falls inside your training window – the timing has to be right.
